About me

Hi, I’m Inês, a Senior Product Designer based in Lisbon.

For 14+ years, I’ve designed products for startups and enterprises. Most recently, at Betano, I worked on account management, payments and responsible gaming flows, such as deposit limits, self-exclusion and account security.

I’m a problem solver at heart, and I’ve learned that the hardest part is making sure it’s the right problem. That’s why I start with the people I’m designing for, not with assumptions, and keep going until the result feels simple, down to the last word on the screen.

I work closely with product and engineering teams, because I believe the best products come from people solving problems together.

Outside work

You’ll usually find me outdoors. I love gardening and long walks, in the forest or by the beach. Being close to nature is how I recharge.

I’ve been drawing since I was a kid, and I still do. It’s probably where the designer in me started.

And most of all, there are my two girls, the light of my life. They can be demanding, but they’re where I find the strength for whatever each day brings.
